Variety’s mission is to enrich the lives of children and young adults with disabilities through social, educational, and vocational programs that nurture independence and self-confidence, and prepare them for life. We do this through year round programming as well as a concentrated summer camp season featuring 8 weeks of day and overnight camp and 7 weeks for vocational and Extended School Year programming. Variety has also instituted a focused job assessment and training model called VarietyWorks which strives to place individuals with disabilities in sustainable employment.
