Community Connections is the front door to all human services, providing information & referral with some advocacy to people who may not know where to turn for help or are facing barriers to services. Four main locations in Pottstown, Norristown, Lansdale, and Willow Grove. We guide people to resources for food, clothing, housing, employment, GED education, Veterans benefits, Public Benefits, Health Insurance, Child Care, Aging Services, Mental Health Services, etc. All inquiries welcome.
