Experiencing Homelessness? Call 2-1-1
Sponsored in Partnership By:
The Phoenixville Community Health Foundation is proud to sponsor the sixth edition of The Help Book. The purpose of this guide is help adults and children in the region better access health and human services. We thank Open Hearth, Inc. for their continued leadership and partnership in the development of this book.
More than 300 organizations and programs are profiled here. You can find information about their services, contact information, and more. Whether you’re looking for affordable housing, emergency and supplemental food, employment services, health care, or substance abuse treatment, The Help Book has resources you can use.
We know that not everyone has access to a computer or the internet, so we have continued to print thousands of copies in both English and Spanish. Copies in each language are available at many community sites across the foundation’s service area which includes Greater Phoenixville, Spring City, the Vincents, the Conventrys, the Pikelands, the Providences, Royersford, Collegeville/Trappe, Charlestown, Schuylkill, Lower Pottsgrove, and Limerick. Keep a copy of the “purple book” handy for when you may need it.
We hope you will find this guide to health and human resources in the region a useful tool for you, your family, friends, and neighbors. Should you have any feedback on The Help Book, please do not hesitate to email [email protected].
